Green-Gray Braised

The facing brick that is just as unique as you

The (non-perforated) facing brick is sanded on five sides. The surface may be given a frog (a slanted oblong groove) on its bed. The structure looks rugged with fine and irregular grooves in the sandy surface. The firing process takes place in a gas-heated tunnel kiln.

The brick has a green-grey base. The colour is obtained by a second firing of the bricks in a low oxygen environment. This process is responsible for colours that range from light grey to dark gray with green-grey shadings. The colours shown are a near reflection of reality.
