Hospitality for our neighbours
At Nelissen, we value a strong connection with our community. Which is why we regularly open our facilities, such as the Brick Academy - our own mini-museum—to our neighbours. They are welcome to use our spaces for various activities and events. In this way, we provide a place for the community to come together, fostering a sense of local unity.
Clean neighbourhood
To minimise the impact on our neighbours, we purchased a sweeper truck in 2018. This ensures that our premises as well as part of the public road (Kiezelweg) remain free of dust and debris. This is how we actively contribute to a clean and pleasant neighbourhood for everyone.
Accessible charging for the neighbourhood
We have installed several charging points, available to local residents in addition to our employees. These public charging stations offer the possibility of charging hybrid or electric vehicles. Employees do enjoy preferential rates, but the charging stations are open to all.
