We offer a wide range of facing bricks, each with its own texture, look and production method. Most of our bricks are produced in-house, while some are distributed exclusively through our partners. This way, we have the right brick for every architectural style – from modern to classic and everything in between.

Hand-moulded bricks

A large part of our collection consists of hand-moulded bricks from our own production. Clay is thrown into a sanded mould, levelled off, and then released. This creates bricks with a lively texture and slightly irregular shape – perfect for those who appreciate character and authenticity.
Hand-moulded bricks are versatile and suitable for both contemporary designs and more traditional or rustic styles.
In addition to our own production, the Caprice range includes several hand-moulded bricks that we distribute exclusively, offering extra colour variations and formats.

Wasserstrich bricks

Wasserstrich bricks are recognisable by their smooth, unsanded and subtly textured surface. Instead of sand, water is used to release the clay from the mould – a thin film of water prevents sticking and results in an even texture with gentle colour nuances.
These bricks are not produced in-house but distributed exclusively through the Caprice range. They are ideal for contemporary architecture and projects requiring a refined finish.

In short

At Nelissen, we combine in-house production with carefully selected partners. Whether you’re looking for a brick with a pronounced texture or a clean, elegant look – you’ll find it with us.
