Give your beige facade its own character
With beige bricks, nuance is king. Choose a beige mortar to create a massive, soft-looking surface (the 'monolithic' look), or go for a light grey joint to let the individual brick speak more subtly without making the whole too harsh.
Project in the spotlight
Warm eye-catcher in Zutendaal
Along the Hoogstraat in Zutendaal, six modern homes immediately catch the eye. For this project, architect Hubert Bijnens sought a specific, warm ochre tone. The result is a unique application of the Monet colour in the exclusive Dubio format. By gluing the bricks in a wild bond, the illusion of a massive facade is created with the soft appearance of French natural stone.
