Bicycle leasing scheme
We have been encouraging sustainable commuting with our bicycle leasing scheme since 2022. Employees can lease a bicycle on favourable terms for a certain period and then acquire it at a residual value.
In addition, all cyclists, including employees with a company car, receive an attractive bike allowance. This initiative not only promotes the well-being of our employees but also reduces their environmental footprint. This is how we make sustainable mobility choices together!

We believe that proper well-being at work starts with the little things: for instance, we arrange for fresh soup to warm up and get together during the cold winter days. We also attach great importance to listening to our people. Through well-being surveys, we are able to identify any areas for improvement and take targeted actions.
