Aspect and structure
- The (non-perforated) facing brick is sanded on five sides.
- The surface may have a frog (a slanted oblong groove).
- On 1 stretch/straight side and 1 front/short side, this facing brick has a dark and white engobe.
- Recommended method: Alternate between the engobed and non-engobed sides. The final aesthetic result is the choice and thus the final responsibility of the customer and/or processor.
- The structure looks rugged with fine and irregular grooves in the sandy surface.
Colour
- The rather neutral coloured brick has a grey base with white and black nuances, that are enhanced by the use of engobes.
- The colours shown are a near reflection of reality.
